Finding a way to end the rise of Rape cases in Nigeria

CSI Peace Foundation joined some concerned citizens and NGOs in protest for the rising cases of Rape in Nigeria to the Police Headquarters, Louis Edet House, Abuja; demanding for State of Emergency on sexual and Gender-base violence in the country.

As of June 2020, the Inspector General of Police said that Nigeria recorded over 700 rape cases. It is however, more unfortunate that some of the victims were also killed.

We called on victims to speak up so as the culprits would face the law.
